AMAZING CAKES WITH EXTRAORDINARY TASTE!!!

Cakes are our passion and we would love to help you create great memories of your events with a one of a kind and a great tasting cake!

We recommend placing orders in advance, because a lot of our cakes have very intricate work and require many hours of labor.

I'ts never too early to place your order and secure your special date.

If you have a last minute request, give us a call, as we occasionally are able to accomodate these requests.

Cake prices are determined by the intricacy, amount of detail work and design.

Very intricate cakes with handmade figurines, bows, flowers and lots of details will cost more. There are many hours involved in creating our edible works of art, so prices on these cakes will reflect that.

Hello My name is Omega , I have been decorating for 25 years now . I started out as a Cake Decorator working for Winn Dixie and became Bakery Manager. Then I moved on to Albertsons and started as a Cake Decorator 12 years and moved on to Bakery Manager for 5 years and felt like we just couldnt give the customers what they wanted in a Cake , so I decided to start my own business and create different styles and decorations that Customers actually want in a Cake.

I have learned alot on my own and am still learning from watching cake shows like the Food Network Cake Challenges, Ace of Cakes , Cake Boss , Amazing Wedding Cakes.

I love what they do and hopefully get the chance to do alot more creative cakes along the way.

Some have been fun and some have been challenging , I love my work and am always up to a challenge for the coming year.

I work with Both Buttercream and Fondant Icings. I know Alot of people do not like the fondant so I do ice the cakes with the Buttercream Icing and do the Decorations out of Fondant.

Make Characters and Flowers out of Both Fondant and Gumpaste.

The main attraction has been the cupcake trend and Cake Balls .

We can make any flavors and designs to go on cupcakes.

As a professional, I like to set up the Wedding Cakes personally to add that special touch if needed and to make sure everything is in place..
